By using Guest Loop, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. Guest Loop is operated by Teachnology Pty Ltd (trading as Guest Loop).
Service Description
Guest Loop is a digital guidebook platform designed for short-stay accommodation hosts. Our service allows you to create beautiful, branded guidebooks that help your guests have a better stay experience.
Account Responsibilities
When you create a Guest Loop account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Maintain the security of your account password
Subscription and Billing
Service Tiers
- Free Tier: Basic guidebook access at /g/[slug] subdirectory
- Paid Tier: $19.95/month including custom subdomain and advanced features
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are automatically renewed unless cancelled
- All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@guest-loop.com. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After this initial period, no refunds are available for partial months of service.

Content Ownership and Licence
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Guest Loop, including text, images, and other materials. By using our service, you grant Guest Loop a licence to display, host, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
Our Content
Guest Loop's branding, code, design, and other intellectual property remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Guest Loop to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Guest Loop's liability for any claims arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties, or other rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other Australian consumer protection laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or for other legitimate business reasons. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Guest Loop will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Guest Loop, please first try to resolve it by contacting us at hello@guest-loop.com. If we can't resolve the issue informally, disputes will be resolved through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of Guest Loop after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
